Task

Qualification of an Asian Tier-1 supplier and development of a quality management system, taking into account customer-specific requirements. Conducting supplier audits according to VDA 6.3 for continuous improvement of project maturity.

Result

The supplier successfully passed the OEM customer audit. The quality management system was implemented, considering customer-specific requirements. By jointly conducting multiple VDA 6.3 audits with sub-suppliers, the Tier-1 auditors gained experience and applied it directly during the audit situation.
